1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuickInTown's courier services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

QuickInTown provides local courier services within Delhi, including:

  • Same-day delivery services
  • Express delivery options
  • Package pickup and delivery
  • Real-time tracking
  • WhatsApp-based booking system

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official WhatsApp number or website. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due upon booking confirmation
  • We accept cash, UPI, and digital payments
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Additional charges may apply for special handling or expedited services

4. Package Restrictions

The following items are prohibited from our courier services:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Hazardous materials
  • Perishable items without proper packaging
  • Items exceeding 50kg in weight
  • Fragile items without adequate protection

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery services are subject to the following terms:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions
  • Recipient must be available at the delivery address during scheduled time
  • Valid ID proof may be required for package collection
  • Failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges

6. Liability and Insurance

QuickInTown's liability is limited as follows:

  • Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the package
  • We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proper packaging is the responsibility of the sender

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For outstation/NCR routes within 70 km, distance pricing at ₹10/km may apply and basic booking details may be used for routing and distance calculations.

9. Modifications to Terms

QuickInTown reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
