QuickInTown currently provides courier services within Delhi NCR, including:

  • New Delhi
  • Delhi Cantonment
  • Gurgaon (Gurugram)
  • Noida
  • Faridabad
  • Ghaziabad

Nearby areas in Delhi‑NCR within a radius of 70 km are deliverable. Pricing is transparent at ₹10 per km for distance-based routes beyond local zones.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Same Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. Pickup within 2 hours of booking confirmation.

Express Delivery

Priority handling with delivery within 4-6 hours of pickup. Available for urgent packages.

Standard Delivery

Next business day delivery for orders placed after 2:00 PM or for non-urgent packages.

4. Package Requirements

Weight Limits

  • Maximum weight: 50kg per package
  • Minimum weight: 0.5kg
  • Heavy packages (20kg+) may require special handling

  • Maximum dimensions: 120cm x 80cm x 80cm
  • Oversized packages may incur additional charges
  • Fragile items must be properly packaged

5. Pickup and Delivery Process

Pickup Process

  1. Book your courier via WhatsApp or website
  2. Receive confirmation with pickup time
  3. Prepare package with proper labeling
  4. Our courier will collect within 2 hours
  5. Payment collected upon pickup

Delivery Process

  1. Package transported to destination
  2. Recipient contacted before delivery
  3. Valid ID proof required for collection
  4. Package delivered and signed for
  5. Delivery confirmation sent to sender

6. Tracking and Notifications

We provide real-time tracking for all packages:

  • WhatsApp notifications at each stage
  • Real-time location tracking
  • Estimated delivery time updates
  • Delivery confirmation with photo proof

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability:

  • Second attempt scheduled for next day
  • Additional ₹50 charge for second attempt
  • Package returned to sender after 3 failed attempts
  • Return shipping charges apply

8. Weather and Force Majeure

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and reschedule deliveries as needed.
