1. Return Service Overview

QuickInTown provides return courier services for packages that need to be sent back to the original sender. This service is available for both delivered packages and packages that could not be delivered.

2. Eligible Return Scenarios

Returns are applicable for the following scenarios:

  • Failed delivery after 3 attempts
  • Customer requested return
  • Damaged or tampered package at the time of delivery

For outstation/NCR returns within 70 km of Delhi, distance charges apply at ₹10 per km in addition to any applicable return handling fees.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Return Request

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone
  2. Provide original tracking number
  3. Specify return reason
  4. Confirm return address

Step 2: Return Pickup

  1. Return pickup scheduled within 24 hours
  2. Package must be in original condition
  3. Return shipping charges collected
  4. New tracking number provided

Step 3: Return Delivery

  1. Package transported back to sender
  2. Real-time tracking updates
  3. Delivery confirmation sent
  4. Return completion notification

5. Return Conditions

Package Requirements

  • Package must be in original packaging
  • All original contents must be included
  • Package should be properly sealed
  • No additional damage should be present

Time Limitations

  • Failed delivery returns: Within 3 days of last attempt
  • Customer requested returns: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged package returns: Within 24 hours of delivery

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items that have expired
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged by customer
  • Items that violate our prohibited items policy

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for return shipping charges are processed as follows:

  • Failed delivery returns: No refund of original shipping charges
  • Customer requested returns: No refund of original shipping charges
  • Damaged package returns: Full refund of original shipping charges
  • Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

8. Return Tracking

All return packages are tracked with the same level of detail as outbound packages:

  • Real-time location tracking
  • WhatsApp notifications at each stage
  • Estimated return delivery time
  • Return completion confirmation
